The Maintenance Plan was developed to allow small businesses to select Trust Computer Solutions C.C. services which are of value to them. Every business has its own needs. A one-size-fits-all plan inevitably includes services which are of no use to a specific business.

Under the Maintenance Plan clients are billed at monthly rate for the specific services. Labour falling under the service is provided free of charge. Labour is capped at a prescribed number of hours for some services.

Labour provided beyond the cap is billed at a discounted hourly rate which varies by service and volume.
